I take fish oil supplements daily for their potential benefit on heart and brain function, reducing inflammation, and improving triglycerides. I typically try to find fish oil that has a high potency per capsule and also comes from a pure source. This Omega Blu pharmaceutical grade fish oil impressed me because it contains 1,250mg of omega 3s per softgel. That is one of the best on the market. Furthermore, it takes advantage of the potentially more well-absorbed triglyceride form. They also state that Omega Blu Fish oil is IFOS Certified. I did not have any issues with fishy indigestion. Yes, the product is somewhat expensive, but when you take into consideration that you are getting possibly double the potency compared to other supplements on the market, it may be well worth it.

These are large capsules, measuring 27.2 mm (1.071 inches) long. They have to be big to hold this huge dose of fish oil, including plenty of DHA, the main thing you want fish oil for. Note that the suggested dose is “one or two softgels daily,” but the nutritional information on the bottle is for two softgels, so if you’re taking just one, divide the nutritional information by two to see what you’re really getting.

They have a very faint fishy smell. I don’t notice any citrus smell, although they advertise a “fresh citrus taste.” It’s not like I taste these, I just swallow them fast. They say they’re “burp-free” but I find that I can avoid fishy burps in general by taking my fish oil before a meal, so that’s not an issue for me anyway.

If you have trouble swallowing large pills, you might prefer taking several small pills instead of one or two of these large ones, but if you can swallow large pills, these are a good choice.

Fish Oil Omega 3 Supplement 2500 mg High EPA DHA Wild Caught Triple Strength Triglyceride Form Molecularly Distilled Omega 3 with No Fishy Burps – 90 Soft gels

Omega 3 is part of my daily wellness regimen.

It takes 21 days to build a routine and 90 days to make it stick.

This Omega Blu supplement meets the American Heart Association’s recommendation and it does so in just two soft gels.

This supplement is $1.11 per serving with 45 servings per bottle, making this supplement fairly expensive. I have been taking two of these Omega Blu easy to swallow soft gels and haven’t noticed any fish burps yet; however, I will look for a less expensive option.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!

This is a good-quality, potent Omega-3 supplement. It offers a high dosage of Omega-3 fatty acids with an approximately 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA. It is also formulated in the triglyceride form, which is more readily absorbed by the body than that in the ethyl esters form. Two soft gels per serving will give you 2,500mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.

These soft gels are pretty huge but not difficult to swallow. They are citrus flavored but I can’t really taste it. On the positive note, they don’t have a fishy taste or give me the burps. They are made in USA. Overall, I’m very happy with them because they have a high dose of Omega-3’s for my needs and are also in the more superior triglyceride form. They work well for me. Potent, albeit a little pricey.

Fish oil is an amazing supplement. People often forget to take it because they think it doesn’t do anything, but it’s actually really important. This supplement is great too because it has a high potency and it also tastes “good” in that there are no fish burps.

I’ve tried a number of fish oil supplements and this is definitely in the top tier. The quality is high, it uses sustainably caught fish, and it provides both DHA and EPA as well as Omega-3s. There are no fillers or other ingredients which can interfere with absorption.

I’ve taken fish oil capsules for many years now because of the many benefits. Omega 3’s are good fir the brain and the heart as well as many other bodily functions. These Omega blu pharmaceutical grade fish oil capsules are not as big as many I’ve taken but they are loaded with so much more EPA and DHAs than the others. The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve not experienced any fishy burps since starting these capsules. I’m taking 2 capsules daily and this bottle will supply me with 45 days of use.
I’m very pleased with these fish oil capsules, they are very potent. I do recommend these capsules.
