Shipping and return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our shipping offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday EST and are closed Saturday and Sundays. Our shipping office is also closed on all government observed holidays.

Shipping Policies

Shipping days are Monday through Friday and non-government observed holidays. Under normal circumstances, orders placed after 2 PM PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship at the next earliest business day which is usually the following Monday, except when Monday is a public holiday.

Free Shipping Promo Codes

When using a promo coupon code that includes free shipping, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail service, or the least expensive shipping method of our choosing. Some restrictions apply. Free shipping is not valid on international or wholesale orders.

Undeliverable Packages

All packages returned to us are issued a full refund. We cannot re-ship orders that return to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order the products again.

Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is received by us with in 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be issued for any undamaged and unopened products, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

International Deliveries

Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fee. We cannot ship overnight to international addresses.

International Orders

  1. If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping the estimated shipping time on international orders (destinations outside USA) varies between 7 to 21 business days but is usually much closer to 7 days.
  2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping, customs, taxes and tariffs applied by the foreign country of destination.
  3. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or seized packages. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason, or lost in shipment, we cannot issue a refund. Most orders held by customs are for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we (Naturally Botanicals) are not, and will not be held, responsible for any such charges.
  4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card or PayPal.
