- Only products purchased directly from the seller (omegablu.com). All sales to wholesale, retail, and reseller accounts are excluded.
- Products with an authorization number from seller customer service.
- Products that have an invoice date that is dated within 30 days of return authorization.
- Authorization is required for all returns and a return authorization # (RGA) may be obtained by:

Unless expressly authorized a return, shipping fee will apply (in addition, a refund of only the product price not including the initial shipping charge will be credited)
Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.
