I am already experience a great difference in my health
As most people know, a good fish oil is definitely a plus for your daily regimen. It helps your heart and your immune system, and I have been taking them for years. This one ranks among the best as far as quality, and the pills are easy to swallow. You only need one a day, and after a while you will feel better as the effects of the vitamin start to set in. There are no negative effects so far from taking this, and because I do like the quality I will continue to purchase this brand of Omega.
I love this fish oil formula. It is easy to swallow, and it does not cause any fishy burps or stomach upset. I like that it has added vitamin D. That is one less supplement that I have to take in the morning. My joints feel so much better when I take fish oil regularly. This keeps my stiffness and flare-ups at bay.
I find these supplements easy to take and digest. Unlike other fish oils I've tried, this brand doesn't give me the dreaded fish burps and they are very easy to take because they aren't very large in size. If you need to add fish oil to you supplement list, I would recommend these as a good option.

These do not give me any fish burps which is how I know if the oil that is used is quality produced. I take these in the morning on an empty stomach while I am fasting. I want my body to use the fat in these pills as a an energy source while my body is producing ketones from fasting. This is the strategy of intermittent fasters that use MCT oil to accomplish this. But I would rather do this on a oil that has anti inflammatory omega 3 oils. I do feel a difference in my left knee that has osteoarthritis in it. I am really impressed with this fish oil and will continue to use it.
Omega Blu - Triglyceride Form Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 2500 mg with 2000 IU (50 mcg) Vitamin D Burpless High EPA & DHA Citrus Flavor No Fishy After Taste 30 Soft GelsOmega 3 is part of my daily wellness regimen. It takes 21 days to build a routine and 90 days to make it stick. This Omega Blu supplement meets the American Heart Association’s recommendation and it does so in just one soft gel. This supplement is $1.66 per serving with a measly 15 servings per bottle, making this supplement the most expensive I’ve ever taken. I have been taking one of these Omega Blu easy to swallow soft gels and haven’t noticed any fish burps yet; however, I will look for a less expensive option, as I take far too many supplements and need to be conscience of the money I’m spending on each.If the price doesn’t deter you, these may be a great omega 3 for you!Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!
By the label, this is a high quality, good dose of fish oil. It is sourced from anchovies, which means that heavy metals should be low. That does not replace heavy metal testing, though, which they do not offer with this product. I feel like for this price they should do something to mitigate heavy metal, BPA and contaminant concerns. The triglyceride form is the preferred form, although likely still inferior to krill and algal oils. The main selling point here is the high dose, and I aim for about 1000mg DHA per day. As mentioned this is really a 15 day supply and, as such, is quite pricey. An algal oil may be better. As far at taking the capsules, I have had no issue, but i'm pretty sure I could swallow a golf ball and not hiccup once.
The Good:-No fish taste and no fish burps - I can't really detect the citrus "flavor" they claim, but they are not fishy at all-Quite high amounts of DHA (340mg) and EPA (750mg) per pill-Includes vitamin D-Easy to swallowThe Bad:-If you take the suggested 2 per day, this is only a 15-day supply (the bottle of 30) at a price of $25! That is roughly $1.65 a day - extremely pricey (the price drops to ~$1.10 a day if you buy the 90-count bottle for $50, but this is still very high for Omega-3 supplements)-The capsules are the very large, clears-yellow type. I have no problem swallowing them, but keep this in mind.-Did I mention the price???The Bottom Line:I really like this Omega Blu supplement, but simply cannot get past the price. I compared this with a few other Omega-3 supplements I have tried recently, and this price is anywhere from 5x-20x the price of alternatives with adjustments for amount of DHA/EPA contained. So while I recommend this product in terms of what it contains and offers, I cannot really recommend buying it, as the price is simply not justified. With the 90-count bottle, it gets more reasonable but is still too high.
This is a good-quality, potent Omega-3 supplement. It offers a high dosage of Omega-3 fatty acids with an approximately 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA. It is also formulated in the triglyceride form, which is more readily absorbed by the body than that in the ethyl esters form. Two soft gels per serving will give you 2,500mg of Omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain vitamin D-3 (2000 IU).These soft gels are pretty huge but not difficult to swallow. They are citrus flavored but I can't really taste it. On the positive note, they don't have a fishy taste or give me the burps. They are made in USA. Overall, I'm very happy with them because they have a high dose of Omega-3's for my needs and are also in the more superior triglyceride form. They work well for me. So far so good.
These Omega blu capsules are a very high in EPA and DHA, much more than other fish oils I have taken. I take fish oil capsules for all of the health benefits including heart health and brain health. These capsules are a littke bigger than most but still I’m able to swallow them. I have experienced no fishy burps while taking these capsules.I feel this is a high quality fish oil product. I will definitely finish all 30 if these fish oil capsules.
Is easy to take and no fishy small or taste.
It doesn's give me indigestion.
These are large capsules, measuring 26.5 mm (1.043 inches) long. They’re also unusually thick. They have to be big to hold all this fish oil, a whopping 2,750 mg per two-capsule dose. I can swallow them fine, but if you have trouble swallowing big pills, you’d probably rather take a lot of small pills instead of these large ones. The description makes a big deal about this fish oil being in the triglyceride form. There is some evidence that this form is less prone to rancidity than the ethyl ester form of processed fish oil, and may be absorbed better. Then again, there’s also evidence that omega-3s in phospholipid form, found in krill oil, are absorbed better than the triglyceride form found in fish oil. I like to get my omega-3s from a variety of sources. The suggested serving of two capsules daily also provides 250% of your recommended daily vitamin D. While this isn’t enough vitamin D to be dangerous, it’s more than necessary, (unless you’re starting off with a big deficiency) so I think I’ll take just one of these a day, and also some other source of omega-3s, like krill oil. Most brands of fish oil capsules smell fishy, but these don’t. I don’t notice any citrus smell either, although they have citrus flavor added. I also don’t notice any fishy burps after taking them, but I find that in general, taking my fish oil before a meal instead of after prevents fishy burps. If you can swallow big pills, these are a good choice for getting omega-3s.
